The first volume of the Mola di Bari trilogy, drawn from an archive built over almost twenty years of photographic research. It collects portraits, everyday life, places, gestures and fragments of personal and collective memory, constructing a visual portrait of the town and its inhabitants.
Gli Ultimi Pescatori - Archivio del Mare
A photographic book dedicated to the artisanal fishing community of Mola di Bari. It documents the fishermen, boats, harbour, market, shipyard and everyday work, focusing on a disappearing way of life and on the relationship between people, the sea and the territory. The book is part of the wider The Last Fishermen research, developed since 2022.
Folklore - Cronache del Sacro e del Profano
A visual exploration of the traditions, rituals, celebrations and popular culture of Mola di Bari. Drawing from the long-term archive, the book brings together images of collective practices and local traditions, looking at how they survive, change and contribute to the identity of a community.
BARI
Bari - Atlante Popolare
An artist’s book developed from photographic research into Bari and its urban territory. Through documentary and personal images, it explores the city, its inhabitants and everyday life, observing the relationship between people, architecture, memory and the changing Mediterranean city.
MALTA
Malta - Atlas of an Island
A developing photographic artist’s book created in collaboration with Din l-Art Ħelwa – National Trust of Malta. The project investigates Malta through its landscape, cultural heritage, communities and forms of work, extending the artist’s long-term research into Mediterranean territories and the relationship between people and place.
